Joseph M. Keane, Independent Director

Joseph M. Keane, Independent Director - Joseph M. Keane, Independent Director, has been a director of the Company since the acquisition of Stingray Copper Inc. on December 21, 2009.

Mr. Keane is a Metallurgist and Process Engineer with 45 years of experience in the mineral industry, and is currently the President of Keane Mineral Engineering LLC, a mineral processing consulting corporation. Mr. Keane founded both K.D. Engineering and Metcon Research Inc. of Tucson Arizona.

Mr. Keane is also a director of a number of other public mineral exploration companies.
