All reserve and resource estimates referred to herein have been calculated in accordance with the Canadian Securities Administrators' National Instrument 43-101 "Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects" and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy ("CIM") Classification system, incorporating economics and confidence level in reporting information. The terms "mineral reserve", "probable mineral reserve" and "proven mineral reserve" "mineral resource", "measured mineral resource", "indicated mineral resource", and "inferred mineral resource" used herein are Canadian mining terms, defined in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 in accordance with the guidelines set out in the CIM standards.
